Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking Eastern Banquet for your event. By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
At the time of booking the banquet, 50 percent of the rent will be deposited and a receipt will be collected. The remaining 50 percent will be deposited Seven days before the scheduled event.
If you cancel your event reservation 30 days in advance, you will receive a 50 percent refund of the advance payment. If you cancel after that time limit, no refund will be given.
The A.C. services will be free for 5 hours or 6 hours (according to the selected package), if you need for more hour you will have to pay RS.1000/hr in advance on an event day. If You want used A.C. according to your own time or needs for this you need to sms or whatsapp us on +91 98311 18365 from your registered number which was used during booking time.
Deposit of Rs. 5000/ as a security deposits mandatory before one day of an event, otherwise other services like A.C., Cleaning services not provided. Deposit money will be 100% refundable to the next day of an event.
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days of a scheduled event, you get 50% refund on your deposited amount. No refund initiated if Cancellation made within 30 days of a scheduled event.
Drawing, writing, using stickers, sellotape and nails on the walls, pillars and floors inside and outside the banquet hall is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, a huge amount of money will have to be borne as compensation. Gas stoves cannot be used on the third floor and stands must be used for biryani pots. Wood and coal should not be used as fuel for cooking, gas stoves are suitable.
Additional lighting and fans are not required or cannot be installed inside the banquet hall.
The cost of using electric meters, including lighting inside and outside the banquet, generator, flower arrangements and necessary furniture for the decorator will be done by experienced people selected by the authority. Of course, there is an opportunity to fix the price by contacting these people directly.
Stereos, tape recorders will be controlled by the authorities. Time: 8 am to 12 noon and 5 pm to 10.30 pm.
Music festivals, DJs, and orchestral events will not be allowed, and the use of fireworks is prohibited (according to the law of the West Bengal government).
The authority will not be responsible for any theft or loss of any item during the banquet period. For personal safety reasons, it is advisable to use your own belongings in the banquet room.
At least 1 security guard must be appointed at the expense of the authority from an organization selected by the authority to control the temporary parking of the vehicles of the guests at the designated location.
There is an opportunity to contact directly for assistance from a catering service that is suitable for banquets and can be relied upon with confidence.
There will be no additional charges for using refrigerators, ice cream parlors, coffee machines, microwave ovens, and video cameras.
Any kind of intoxicants and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the banquet hall.
It is your moral responsibility and duty to keep the banquet clean and maintain a healthy environment.
